Digital Product License Agreement
Please read this agreement before purchasing. By completing a purchase from The Print Vault, you agree to the terms below.
What You're Buying
When you purchase from The Print Vault, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal and commercial use license to use the label templates for your own business or personal products.
What You CAN Do
- Edit and customize templates with your own brand name, logo, colors, and product information
- Print finished labels and apply them to products you personally sell
- Use finished labels on products sold in your own business (Etsy, local market, website, etc.)
- Create unlimited finished physical labels using the templates
- Use templates for client work IF each client has purchased their own license
What You CANNOT Do
- Resell, share, or redistribute the original template files in any form
- Claim the designs as your own or represent them as original work
- Resell the templates on Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, or any other platform
- Give the files away for free to anyone
- Transfer your license to another person or business
- Sub-license or bundle templates into your own product packs for resale
- Use templates to create competing template packs or design products
One License = One Business
Each purchase covers ONE business entity. Multiple businesses require separate purchases.
Canva Templates
You receive a “use template” link that creates your personal copy in Canva. You may not share the template link with others. The Print Vault retains all rights to the original master design.
Enforcement
The Print Vault actively monitors marketplaces for unauthorized resales. Violations result in DMCA takedown notices and legal action for copyright infringement.
